The difference between PVC color sand and PVC color masterbatch

Holcobatch colored sands contain an average of about 25% organic pigments or 65% inorganic pigments and use a low melting point (about 85°C) carrier. A unique production process is used to encapsulate the completely dispersed toner.

Holcobatch colored sands contain an average of about 25% organic pigments or 65% inorganic pigments and use a low melting point (about 85°C) carrier. A unique production process is used to encapsulate the completely dispersed toner.

Due to the low melting point properties of its carrier, Holcobatch colored sands can be fed at the feed port of the extruder using precise feeding devices. Holcobatch colored sands melt in an instant and ensure excellent color dispersion in the final product due to fast color release and high pigment content.

Rheology research

Our company has accumulated many years of research experience to ensure the rheological stability of colorants. We guarantee that with our colorants, customers will run their equipment with maximum output, maintaining excellent color dispersion at all times.

We use weather-resistant pigment technology and strictly maintain high industrial quality standards. To ensure weather resistance, we use QUV equipment and xenon testing equipment, and simultaneously conduct outdoor exposure tests on customers' materials.

We offer a range of basic colours for wood grain coloured laminated profiles. In use, with the basic color of the lamination profile, the influence on the lamination layer is reduced to a minimum.
