The serious excess of production capacity has led to the general under-operation of the domestic color masterbatch industry. In addition to factors such as the rapid growth of new production facilities and insufficient product orders, the important factors are that the domestic color masterbatch products have a single structure, incomplete varieties, and a large proportion of general-purpose products. The proportion of high concentration and ultra-high concentration, multifunctional color masterbatch and color masterbatch for fine denier fiber is less. On the other hand, countries with a high level of masterbatch technology have complete varieties of raw materials such as pigments and dispersants, and have formed a serialized and specialized product structure. In terms of variety development, my country's color masterbatch manufacturers have developed color masterbatch for fiber, color masterbatch for film, color masterbatch for wire and cable, polyolefin color masterbatch, PVC color masterbatch, and color masterbatch for injection molding products. Relevant experts believe that the color masterbatch will develop in the direction of multi-functionality, high color content and high-tech content in the future, and the development of color masterbatch will be accompanied by the improvement of production technology.
